Did you embark on Veganuary or Dry January? I would love to hear your thoughts and experience. Why you did this and what you got out of it (or not?) Would you do it again, or have you completely converted?
Or did you take my approach? Eat real food, as your grandparents would recognise it, eat mindfully and with appreciation for where your food comes from while paying respect to all involved. Limit processed food, but don’t forget to be kind to yourself while eating fishfingers because you’re a woman (human) and probably pulled in 100 different directions. When eating to serve your body and your SELF you will know what is right for YOU, always….
